Examination Guidelines

Strict adherence to these rules ensures a fair and smooth examination process for everyone.

Eligibility & Attendance

  • Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory.
  • Shortage leads to hall ticket denial.
  • Medical excuses valid only with prior approval.

Hall Ticket

  • Mandatory entry pass. No ticket = No exam.
  • Must be signed and stamped if required.
  • Digital copies are not accepted.

Reporting Time

  • Reach the center 30–60 minutes early.
  • Late entry is strictly prohibited.
  • Plan your travel to avoid delays.

Seating & Roll No.

  • Occupy only your assigned seat.
  • Fill roll number and codes carefully.
  • A single bubble error can invalidate results.

Permitted Materials

  • Bring only allowed stationery (Pens, Pencils).
  • No calculators unless specified.
  • Bags must be kept outside the hall.

Electronic Devices

  • Strictly Prohibited: Mobiles, Smartwatches.
  • Possession = Malpractice (even if off).
  • Penalties include semester cancellation.

Unfair Means

  • Copying or helping others is serious.
  • No writing on body, desk, or hall ticket.
  • Impersonation is a criminal offense.

During Exam

  • Maintain absolute silence.
  • Raise hand for invigilator assistance.
  • Do not leave seat without permission.

Answer Writing

  • Use only Blue or Black ballpoint pen.
  • Legible handwriting is crucial.
  • No identifying marks or religious symbols.

Leaving the Hall

  • No exit in the first 30 minutes.
  • Re-entry is never permitted.
  • Once submitted, you must leave the area.

Submission

  • Stop writing immediately at the bell.
  • Tie supplementary sheets securely.
  • Verify signatures before handing over.

Disciplinary

  • Invigilator's decision is final.
  • Arguments will lead to reports.
  • Maintain decorum at all times.
